Frequently asked questions.

Everything you need to know about how Cadraap works, your funds, and payments.

Cadraap is a spending layer for stablecoins. Deposit crypto and it lands in your wallet as USDC on Solana. Get a virtual card, and pay for your subscriptions and online spending, from Netflix to Amazon to AI platforms and hundreds more, while Cadraap lets you track and manage all of it in one place.

You need some crypto to fund your Cadraap wallet, but you don't need to already understand it. If you sign in with email or Google, Cadraap sets up a secure wallet for you automatically in the background. No seed phrase or separate wallet app required.

You can deposit supported crypto from major networks. Whatever you send lands in your wallet as USDC on Solana, so your only balance is USDC, and every subscription and online payment is paid from it.

No. Cadraap doesn't set prices at all. Subscription prices are personalized by region, and Cadraap charges the equivalent amount in USDC. Any Cadraap fees are listed on the Pricing page.

No. Cadraap uses Privy to create a secure, non-custodial wallet for you the moment you sign up with email or Google. You never see a seed phrase, and you don't need MetaMask or any other wallet app. Payments are made from your Cadraap wallet, so external wallets can't be connected.

No. Cadraap is non-custodial. Your wallet is generated and secured by Privy under your control, not Cadraap's. Cadraap facilitates payments from your balance to merchants. It never takes custody of your funds.

Yes. You can pause any tracked subscription from your dashboard at any time. Paused subscriptions stop being charged from your Cadraap balance until you resume them.

If a payment fails, for example if your balance is too low, Cadraap notifies you immediately so you can top up before the merchant retries or cancels your service. Failed payments show up in your Payments history with the reason.

Cadraap charges a small percentage on successful card transactions. There's no monthly fee, no charge for tracking subscriptions, and nothing is charged if your card doesn't successfully pay for something.

Your Cadraap card is virtual. It works anywhere a card is accepted online, including with services that don't natively accept crypto. A physical card is on our roadmap.

Yes, anytime. Since Cadraap never holds your funds, closing your account simply stops tracking and stops issuing your virtual card. Your wallet and its balance remain yours.
