Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026.
Cadraap (“Cadraap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides stablecoin-powered payment infrastructure that lets users fund a wallet, obtain a virtual card, pay for online purchases and subscriptions, and track and manage their payments and recurring subscriptions from one place.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have regarding your information.
If you would rather not read everything: we do not sell your personal information, and we only share information with service providers and regulated partners where it is necessary to operate Cadraap, process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud, or comply with the law.
What we collect
Account information
When you create a Cadraap account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, and other information needed to create and maintain your account.
Identity and compliance information
Depending on your location, product access, transaction activity, and regulatory requirements, Cadraap or its compliance partners may collect information required for identity verification and customer due diligence.
This may include government-issued identification, date of birth, residential information, and other information required to verify your identity or comply with applicable laws.
Wallet and transaction information
When you fund or use Cadraap, we may process information relating to your wallet, crypto deposits and withdrawals, supported crypto assets, blockchain addresses, transaction amounts, currencies, conversion details, card transactions, transaction fees, and transaction status.
Cadraap allows eligible users to deposit supported crypto assets. Where a deposited asset is not USDC, the applicable infrastructure converts the deposit into USDC, which is maintained as the user’s Cadraap balance on the Solana blockchain.
Where blockchain transactions are involved, relevant transaction information may also be publicly visible on the applicable blockchain network.
Payment and subscription information
When you use Cadraap to pay merchants or manage subscriptions, we may collect information about the merchants, purchases, and subscriptions you pay for or add, including merchant name, payment amount, billing frequency, transaction history, and subscription status.
We use this information to process your payments and provide the payment and subscription tracking and management features you request.
Technical and usage information
We may automatically collect technical information when you use Cadraap, including IP address, browser and device information, operating system, pages or features accessed, timestamps, diagnostic information, and information relating to errors or security events.
We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.

Who we share it with
Cadraap works with third-party infrastructure and regulated service providers to provide the platform.
Depending on the service you use and your location, these may include:
- Identity verification and compliance providers.
- Card issuing and program partners.
- Payment and settlement providers.
- Wallet and blockchain infrastructure providers.
- Banking, FX, and financial infrastructure providers.
- Cloud hosting, database, analytics, security, and communications providers.
We share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant provider to perform its service, comply with applicable law, or protect the Cadraap platform.
Some of these providers may process information independently under their own privacy policies where required by law.
Card and payment information
Cadraap may not directly store your complete payment credentials where our card issuing or payment infrastructure partners handle those credentials.
Depending on the payment flow, relevant transaction information may be processed by the applicable card issuer, payment processor, settlement provider, or other financial infrastructure partner.
You should review the privacy policies of those providers where applicable.
Blockchain transactions
Cadraap supports deposits of certain crypto assets for eligible users. Deposited assets may be converted into USDC and maintained as the user’s Cadraap balance on the Solana blockchain.
Blockchain transactions are generally permanent and may be publicly visible. Cadraap cannot remove or modify information that has already been recorded on a public blockchain.
Blockchain networks and crypto assets may also experience congestion, delays, network fees, volatility, or other technical conditions that can affect transactions.
Cadraap does not guarantee that every crypto asset, blockchain network, or transaction will always be supported.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, authentication safeguards, monitoring, and security reviews.
No internet-connected system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Cadraap, maintain business and transaction records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Certain identity, transaction, financial, and compliance records may need to be retained for a specific period even after you close your account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, as well as other rights provided by applicable data protection law.
Some requests may be limited where we are legally required to retain particular information.
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request.

Cadraap and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection law.

This Privacy Policy does not govern information practices of third parties that Cadraap does not control.

If we make a material change to how we process personal information, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
