Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026.

By creating a Cadraap account or using the Cadraap platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Cadraap.

What Cadraap is

Cadraap provides software and payment infrastructure that helps users fund their Cadraap balance with supported crypto assets, obtain and use virtual cards, pay for online purchases and recurring subscriptions, and track and manage their payments and subscriptions in one place.

Cadraap’s payment experience is built around stablecoins. For user convenience, eligible users may fund their Cadraap balance by depositing supported crypto assets. Where necessary, the deposited asset is converted into USDC, and the resulting balance is maintained as USDC on the Solana blockchain.

Certain parts of the service are provided through regulated financial, card issuing, payment, wallet, identity verification, and settlement partners.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cadraap.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and complete any identity verification or compliance checks required for your account or transactions.

We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required by applicable law, our compliance obligations, or the requirements of our financial and infrastructure partners.

2. Your Cadraap account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and authentication methods secure and for activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or use Cadraap on behalf of another person without appropriate authorization.

3. Wallets, crypto deposits, and stablecoins

Cadraap allows eligible users to fund their Cadraap balance by depositing supported crypto assets.

For supported deposits, Cadraap or its applicable infrastructure partners may convert the deposited asset into USDC. The resulting Cadraap balance is maintained as USDC on the Solana blockchain and may be used to fund eligible Cadraap services, including virtual card transactions.

The crypto asset you deposit and the USDC balance you receive may therefore be different assets.

Supported assets, networks, conversion methods, minimums, limits, fees, and availability may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time.

You are responsible for confirming that you are sending a supported asset over the correct blockchain network to the correct deposit address before initiating a transaction.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted to a network. Cadraap is not responsible for losses resulting from sending an unsupported asset, using an unsupported network, or sending assets to an incorrect address.

Crypto deposits may be subject to network fees, conversion fees, transaction limits, delays, and other conditions imposed by Cadraap or its infrastructure partners.

4. Virtual cards

Eligible users may obtain a Cadraap virtual card through our card issuing and payment partners.

Available card currencies, countries, transaction limits, merchant categories, and other card features may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time.

A virtual card may be denominated in a supported currency such as NGN, USD, EUR, or GBP, while transactions may be presented to the card network or merchant in another currency.

Your card transactions are funded from your available Cadraap balance. Where applicable, the relevant payment, card, or settlement infrastructure converts the required amount from the underlying USDC balance into the currency required to complete the transaction.

Where applicable, currency conversion and other transaction charges may apply.

5. Payments and subscription payments

Cadraap allows you to use your virtual card for one-time online purchases and for recurring payments to merchants and subscription services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account has sufficient available balance to cover your payments, subscriptions, and applicable fees.

A merchant may attempt to charge your card according to the billing terms you agreed to with that merchant.

Cadraap does not control the merchant’s pricing, billing schedule, refund policy, cancellation policy, or service availability.

6. Payment and subscription management

Cadraap may allow you to view your payments, and to pause or block future charges from a subscription or merchant, through the Cadraap platform.

Stopping a card charge through Cadraap does not necessarily cancel your underlying subscription or contractual relationship with the merchant.

You may need to separately cancel the subscription directly with the merchant.

Cadraap is not responsible for fees, account suspension, service interruption, or other consequences resulting from failing to cancel a subscription with the merchant.

7. Fees

Cadraap may charge fees for crypto conversion, card issuance, card transactions, currency conversion, or other services.

Applicable fees will be presented through the Cadraap platform where required before or during the relevant transaction.

There is no monthly Cadraap subscription fee unless otherwise stated.

Third-party providers may also charge network, conversion, card, payment, or other fees that are outside Cadraap’s control.

Where applicable, transaction details will identify relevant Cadraap and third-party charges.

8. Refunds and merchant disputes

Cadraap does not control refunds issued by merchants.

If you want a refund for a subscription or purchase, you may need to contact the merchant directly.

Where a card transaction is eligible for a dispute or chargeback process, Cadraap and its card issuing or payment partners may investigate the transaction in accordance with the applicable card network and partner rules.

A dispute does not automatically guarantee a refund.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use Cadraap to:

  • Violate applicable law or regulation.
  • Evade sanctions or other financial restrictions.
  • Commit fraud, theft, or financial crime.
  • Use Cadraap on behalf of another person without authorization.
  • Attempt to circumvent identity verification or transaction controls.
  • Use Cadraap for prohibited goods, services, or transactions.
  • Interfere with or attempt to compromise Cadraap or its infrastructure.
  • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical limitations.
  • Provide false or misleading information.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in prohibited or suspicious activity.

10. Compliance and transaction monitoring

To comply with applicable laws and the requirements of our regulated partners, Cadraap and its service providers may monitor crypto deposits, withdrawals, transactions, wallet addresses, and account activity for fraud, sanctions, money laundering, and other prohibited activity.

We may delay, reject, restrict, or reverse transactions where permitted or required by applicable law or by the rules of our financial and payment partners.

We may not always be able to disclose the specific reason for a restriction where doing so would violate legal or compliance requirements.

11. Availability

We work to keep Cadraap available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Cadraap may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, blockchain network conditions, card network outages, payment provider issues, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Third-party services

Cadraap depends on third-party infrastructure providers for certain parts of the service, including wallet infrastructure, identity verification, card issuing, payment processing, settlement, and other financial infrastructure.

Those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Your use of Cadraap may therefore also be subject to the terms of applicable third-party providers.

13. Ownership

Cadraap owns the Cadraap platform, software, trademarks, interfaces, and other platform content.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Cadraap’s intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of information and content you submit to Cadraap, subject to the rights reasonably necessary for us and our service providers to operate the service.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Cadraap and request closure of your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, security requirements, or the requirements of our financial or payment partners.

Account closure does not necessarily remove transaction, identity, or compliance records that we are legally required to retain.

15. Disclaimers

Cadraap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that every merchant, online store, subscription service, stablecoin, blockchain, card network, or payment method will remain available or supported.

We are not responsible for the actions, pricing, availability, refunds, cancellation policies, or service quality of merchants or third-party providers.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cadraap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Any additional limitation of liability will be subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction governing these Terms.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Cadraap and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the service, fraud, or violation of applicable law.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Cadraap and its services evolve.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of these Terms and provide notice where required.

Your continued use of Cadraap after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Cadraap and the jurisdiction in which Cadraap operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law that cannot be waived.
